FAQ: Returns

This is While we do allow returns, customers are advised that we will only consider returns under two general scenarios:

. Unopened products that are still in their original box or shrink-wrap
. Products damaged during shipment

Please note that returns may be subject to a maximum 20% re-stocking fee and that the amount refunded will reflect this re-stocking fee.

How to return?

1. Contact us to obtain a RMA (return material authorization) reference number.

2. After obtaining the RMA ref number, you will be sent a RMA form (via fax or email). Please fill in the form completely.

3. Pack the goods together with the RMA form and a copy of your purchase receipt and courier the items to:

4. Don't forget to record the consignment note number from your courier company.

5. After you have sent the items, please contact us.

6. After receiving and verifying the items, your refund will be processed.

IMPORTANT: Please do NOT send items without any RMA (return material authorization) reference number or RMA form.

Terms and conditions for returns

. Little Readers Club Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject RMA requests at any time and without providing any reasons.

. In the event Little Readers Club approves a RMA request, an alternative and equivalent credit or exchange may be offered instead of cash refund

. Approved returns may be subject to a maximum 20% re-stocking fee and that the amount refunded will reflect this re-stocking fee.
