Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without any notice. Any typographical or photographic errors in the product specifications or errors in the pricing or offers is subject to correction. If a product is not currently available due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons, we will keep you posted on the next delivery date.

We reserve the right to cancel an order even if payment for your order has been received. A full refund will be made in the event of any cancelled order.

Terms and Conditions related to shipping/delivery

Within 3 working days after confirmation of receipt of payment and subject to the availability of stock, we will ship your order to you. Shipping is usually via Pos Malaysia's parcel service. For addresses within Malaysia, we expect Pos Malaysia can deliver between 7 to 15 days.

Please note that we will only ship when all ordered items are in stock. Please also note that we will attempt to consolidate any multiple orders prior to shipment. If you wish to expedite the shipping process, please let us know. However, please note that shipping charges may apply for special delivery requests.

For overseas addresses, please note that shipping charges may apply and we will contact you to determine the shipping mode and to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order. The delivery time is dependent on the shipping mode and transient conditions.

While Little Readers Club Sdn Bhd will endeavour to work with our delivery partner(s) to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot warrant or guarantee any definite delivery schedule. Little Readers Club Sdn Bhd, its directors and its staff, will not be liable for any liabilities or damages under any circumstances, arising from the loss or delay in shipment.

Terms and Conditions related to returns/refunds

While we do allow returns, customers are advised that we will only consider returns under two general scenarios:

. Unopened products that are still in their original box or shrink-wrap
. Products damaged during shipment

Customers wishing to return any items must request a return material authorization (RMA) within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Nevertheless, Little Readers Club Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject RMA requests at any time and without providing any reasons.

In the event Little Readers Club approves a RMA request, an alternative and equivalent credit or exchange may be offered instead of cash refund

Approved returns may be subject to a maximum 20% re-stocking fee and that the amount refunded will reflect this re-stocking fee.
